Cellfire launches!
Last week, we put the finishing touches on Cellfire, and it went live for our home state of California. Woo hoo! Go team! The world is now one step closer to kissing paper coupons goodbye.
Why? Because Cellfire lets you use your cell phone to discover, download, store, and use valuable coupons that you used to forget at home, or (gasp) didn't bother to put in your pocket.
Cellfire is not about text messages. It's not about browsing the web on your phone. Cellfire is a tiny program you install on your phone that lets you access and use a coupon when you want it.
What exactly makes Cellfire unique, revolutionary, etc.? Funny you should ask.
You're in control. Once you start Cellfire, you can browse through the coupons stored on your phone by retailer. Pick a coupon, push the "use" button, and Cellfire calls up the coupon code so you can show your phone to the friendly cashier.
Awesome deals. A free rental at Hollywood Video. $20 off your purchase at the Sharper Image. $3 off your haircut at Supercuts. $10 off a $60 purchase at Finish Line. And more. And more are coming. All you gotta do is open Cellfire.
It's online. It's offline. It's both. When you ask it to (and only when you ask it to), Cellfire connects to the mothership (read: our servers) so it can get new coupons. They're stored in your phone's memory until you use them or they expire. That way, you'll never be caught without your coupon.
It's free. You don't pay for paper coupons either, now do you? With Cellfire there are no hidden fees. No questionnaires. No signing up for mailing lists. You just get the coupons. Not to mention, the coupons you get with cellfire are worth well over a hundred ($100) bucks!
Your cell phone is always with you. Why not use it to save some money?
Oh yeah. Get Cellfire now.
